Food tech help! what do i cook? help?

okay so listen to this
i have to make a meal thats suitable for a 18month toddler with only two teeth.
it has to have atleast two vegetables and potato must be included somewhere in there.
what should i cook >
also theres a vegeterian girl in my group so it has to be vegeterian
can we also include pasta please
and we have to eat it so please not yuck .

i have natural yogurt that i want to cook with a vegeterian sauce, but i have no recipe for such, could there be one that you know and you help me with it?
am in a tropical country were we don’t have some vegetables.

I know that vegetarians eat vegetables & fruit + dairy products (milk, egg, cheese, etc.) and vegans only eat plant products. What if the only animal product that I have in my diet is milk? am I considered vegeterian or vegan? especially that I make sure not to eat any thing that may contain dairy products (egg, cheese, and even milk). I drink milk but I never eat something (like bread for example) that may contain milk.
Another question,
which is better for health: being vegeterian, vegan, or pescetarian?

So after watching loads of videos of how they slaughter and mistreat poor defenseless animals, I can’t bare to distribute to that. I’m 16 and I never really actually paid attention to this, but I love all types of animals and creatures and I can believe that this is what they do to poor animals just for our taste. So I was wondering what kind of good food and snacks can I eat. It doesn’t have to be vegetables because I’m not a huge fan of vegetables, but what are some breakfast and other types of snacks I can still eat. Please help?

Like how people who only eat vegetables are called a vegeterian? Well what is it called when all you eat is fruit? Not that it’s all I eat, but it’s the biggest part of my diet.. followed by grain, meat and eggs, vegetables.. just wondering?
