OK heres the deal I’m 13 and seriously want to go vegeterian. I think it is pure cruelty to kill animals. Anyway I’m having a lot of trouble convincing my parents about letting me. Any ideas to help convince them Please!!

Also what will i need to eat to keep up my iron levels???

I have been a vegeterian for 3 weeks now. I was cooking chickken drumsticks and saw the chicken nerves and the broken bone and the whole idea just grossed me out. I also loves animals.

Do Vegans/Vegeterians Drink Alcohol?

Of the little vegeterian/vegan people I know some of them do drink and some of them do not. I wanted to know if this was striclty a personal choice (as i don’t think animals are involved with alcohol drinks) or is there a lifestyle connection to refraning from alcohol?

does anything happens if you don’t eat meat? like shorten your growth or make you less healthier or something? cause im thinkin of not being vegeterian but my friend says its not healthy for you but i dont want to really eat animals and kill them and feel bad, so does it like make you less healthy or something if you dont eat meat? oh and im 12, in case age matters or something
