I’m a vegeterian and i don’t eat meat at all no fish no chicken nothing..so i was wondering if you guys know if it’ll be a problem for my pregnancy cuz i don’t have proper protein intake everyday..

Hello,
My wife is 7 weeks pregnant. She got her sonography done yesterday and the doctor mentioned that the baby growth is around slow by around 7 days.
Is it a problem? She also gave an injection medication which she has to continue for 8 sessions.
