The reason behinde was I’m a partial vegeterian, I DO use fish, milk and deiry products though but nothing else. Can anybody tell me if these are safe substances to use?

at the end of the day, a person with a fit diet and healthy lifestyle can still produce the same amount of muscle compared to someone who drinks protein shakes. however it is proven that somebody who eats meat compard to a vegeterian can gain more body mass.
