i am currently 5′8 and 123lb (BMI is 18.7) and i really want to be 119lb (BMI of 18.1) i know that i will be technically underweight but I dont care. is this healthy? is it normal for someone my age?

I already have a pretty challenging work out plan, im not overweight but I just need to lose off some percentage om my BMI, interesting but if you go vegan how do you get you main sources of protein, I know vegans don’t drink milk or eat eggs so how do you do it?
