What is the title of this Movie?
what is the movie that has a peeping tom who meets a vegeterian girl with a secret. He gets so paranoid thinking she is a cannibal. His mother is an alcoholic and sits around the apartment drinking all day with the plumber. At one point it is revealed that the mother is really his brother. Its a very chaotic movie.
