How can I loose 20 ponds in 5 weeks?
I am 14. I am short, my height is 5″3. Looking at the weight and height chart my weight should be 100 pounds, but my weight is 120. So can I loose 20 pounds in 5 weeks before my school starts? I am not eating much but my weight is not increasing nor decreasing. Is there any diet plan you know? I don’t want to try a program, I want to loose on my own. I also exercise. Can you tell what kind of diet I should follow, I am vegeterian?
