What do these symptoms mean?

I was in spanish class today and suddenly i felt like the room moved, but it was in my head….i felt so bad, i felt nauseous and dizzy the entire day and i still do now. whats wrong?

I’m 16 years old girl, average weight and height.
I had a recent change to my diet, im vegeterian now, been for a week, but i have been consuming plenty enough protein from beans.
I’ve got a BIT of a cold
