I’ve quit sweets, fastfood, colddrinks and all kind of yummy and fatty food that a normal guy would enjoy.
since a week, is it healthy? how much? I’m already a vegeterian(only veggy’s, fruits and milk and morning tea to be in touch with sugar) since a year. I am doing it so that whatever jogging excercise( for half n’ hour everyday) I do should work to reduce the extra fat I’ve accumulated for past 21 years. is it an extreme decision as my friends and my parents tell me? bcoz it is not at all pain full to me. It could’ve been very hard for me to do so, bcoz I love fastfood, but ever since I’ve quit non-veg I feel I can quit
