Is this a good meal plan?
I’m trying to eat healthy and try to lose a couple pounds… and get some muscle. ps im a vegeterian
Breakfast
low fat yogurt
fresh fruit
Brunch
2 egg whites
beans
baby carrots
Lunch
beans
spinach
baby carrots
fruit salad
Snack
trail mix bar
fruit
Dinner
steamed veggies
beans
salad
fruit
p.s. I looooove beans
I walk everyday for about 2 hours
is this good any tips??
i drink about 2Liters of water a day..
