Is it ok to do this kind of ting ?


Im 14.
I dont feel comfortable with my weight ,although my bmi sys im normal but i dont feel normal. So basicly i cut back m calories to maximum a thousand a day and got rid of all the junk food and went healthy and so far vegeterian ,i also stay active …thats ok rite i mean its not gonna hurt my organism?
also if i cut the calories to 500 hundred is that ok?
