breakfast-
fruit w/ yogurt
lunch-
pb&j , 100 cal. pack grahm crackers, cucumber slices, baby carrots
dinner-
what type of fooods should i eat for dinner (something with protien, fruit, vegetable ect.)
(im a vegeterian.)
