Would i lose weight like this?
i go to the gym 4 times a week and burn 800 calories in a workout. The other days i walk for about a mile or two, and lift weights. I am a vegeterian and i have cut out almost all of the junk food in my diet as well as all alcohol and soda. I want to lose about 18 pounds. Im not extremly over weight but i do need to lose a few. Would i lose the 18 pounds i wanted to before august 20th?
