What do i eat with multiple sclerosis?

My doctors think i may be suffering with the relapsing/remitting form of MS, and i am wanting to improve my health/diet to help relieve some of my symptoms! The problem is that if i stick to a mainly vegeterian diet i never feel full and i then suffer from reflux!
I was just wanting to know from other sufferers what diest can you please reccomend??
