I want to reduce my abdomen without losing my curves?
I have a beach party to attend and i want a flatter stomach. How do i do that without losing my curves? I’m 34-28-41 and my target’s 26. I am a vegeterian and therefore i am heavily dependent upon carbs. I often drink goat’s milk mixed with yogurt and banana. I cant afford not to drink it.:( And btw i do take eggs as well. What exactly should i do? Thanx a lot!
