i want to become a vegeterian but im in love with cheese and milk?

after all the cruel uff that i saw about how they treat animals bred for their meat and other goods , i took the decision of never eating meat again , however , i like fish , do i have to give that up too? and it’s ok to eat cheese and milk as long as im not a vegan , right???
