I wanna commit *******?


I want to loose weight. I already lost like 10 pounds, but I fell in the trap of gaining weight again and I think I gained a couple like 2 pounds. What can I do to majorly loose weight?If I jog everyday and turn vegeterian can I loose weight and get a flat stomach?Give me an inspiration on why I should keep it up. I always tend to break it…Grrr! :D Someone help I think I wanna cut veins.
