i have been trying to loose weight, but no matter what diet or exercise plan i take i stay at 251?
how can i losse weight i have tried all vegeterian diets, i have tried the atkins diet i have tried 1200 calorie a day diet, all with there suggested exercise plans. Yet I still stay the same weight. Any suggestions on how i can loose this weight? No matter what i try i stay at the same weight.
any suggestions? why is my body maintaing the same weight? no matter what diet or exercise plan i use?
i have tried various diets and exercise plans for 2 months.
and im not on any medications
