Baby Growth During Pregnancy Slower by 7 Days?

My wife is 7 weeks pregnant. She got her sonography done yesterday and the doctor mentioned that the baby growth is around slow by around 7 days.

Is it a problem? She also gave an injection medication which she has to continue for 8 sessions.

Could stress and less nutrition be a cause for the same. Life’s been a little hectic and she has been on a move working.

Any tips on the kind of rest as well as food pattern would be appreciated. She is a pure Vegeterian food eater.
