20 yo male. lifting barbell weights, what is the average i should achieve?
how many reps and sets
i know it depends on the person but i would like a generalised answer.
im 20 male.
im vegeterian, so im slim but toned.
i drink protein shakes after workout
i dont want to lose weight
i lift 18k on a barbell which is 9k on each side.
is this not enough or is it? how much should i be lifting for my age?
