Where should I move to, Ireland or Canada?

I’m currently a junior at Virginia Tech, studying international studies and is beginning to look into possible areas to live. I’m ready for a new experience and would love to live abroad. A special consideration I must look at while trying to make my decision is my choice to be a vegeterian, which country has more vegeterian options, canada or ireland? I’ve heard that both places the people are quite friendly and down to earth and that is exactly what I’m looking for. However, I want an area that isn’t too cold so that I don’t freeze to death. I’m fairly liberal and very accepting so I would want an area that is culturally diverse and accepting, but also a place that considers the whole world, rather than just relying on themselves to do everything. I want a place that is aware of global issues and willing to aid them. So… with the following information, which country do you think is better for me?
