Vegeterian KFC/Kentucky similar taste recipes and vegeterian kebabs please?

Any recipes out there for vegeterian KFC / kentucky similar taste ? I would be grateful if u could tell me both the spices or flavourings you use, as well as what mock chicken u use ….e.g. tofu or mushroom or what . Although, any one would be fine too.

Also, do you know any recipes for vegeterian kebabs?
