I want to lose me belly fat but I do not want to lose weight?


I am 26 years old with two children. I have a nice figure but I also have belly fat from giving birth. I started to eat yogurt and cottage cheese daily. I drink a gallon of water a day along with jumping rope with weights attached for cardio. I wanted to know if this will help me to lose the fat on my belly. I also eat fresh fruit and fruit cups. I am vegeterian so I take vitamins to get protein.
