how do u loose belly fat when your a vegeterian and only 16?


i am 16, 5″4 and currently weigh 150
i want to loose at least 30 pounds by my vacation im taking in December but i want to loose at least 10 pounds by the time school starts (a month and half)

im a vegetarian and a VERY picky eater, and my mom has issues with weight but wont admit it so im surrounded by fatty foods everywhere

i love fruit so i try to eat alot of fruit and i drink alot of skim milk
so i make smoothies often

but since summer ive gotten lazier, i even have a pool but i tend to just relax and not actually swim.

so the good foods i actualy have in my house would be
fruits
cheerios < - i eat alot of cheerios
and yogurt

i just dont know what to do cuz i eat ALOT of carbs,
lots and lots of pasta. i just dont know what to do =[

and most of it is around my belly, like a bloated look but i know im fat cuz i just weighed myself this morning for the first time this summer...
and my arms, legs, and **** are all normal.

all my friends are like twigs and i feel horrible about myself
please help!
