What Do You Call People who do not eat red meat?

I figure that the vegeterians would know…
I figure that the vegeterians would know…
what do you call people who do not eat red meat? Some vegeterians get mad when people claim that they are vegeterian but in reality they just don’t eat red meat, thus they aren’t vegeterians at all….
So, is there a name for them?
What about people who only eat fish?
