South Indian vegeterian Diet?
I’m a 24 year old south indian woman. Can someone suggest me some good vegetarian south indian foods which are low in content of carbohydrates. I have thyroid disorder[hypothyroid] and insulin resistant as well – I was told my insulin level was slightly high…which means glucose get stored as fat in the body, making it hard to lose weight. So I intend to go on a low carbohydrate diet, being a vegetarian I suppose its a bit tough. I have completely cut down on snacks. I don’t eat any junk food of late. I do workout for atleast 30-45 minutes daily on gym [15 minutes treadmill, 10-15 minutes cycle, 10 minutes elliptical machine and customized workout for hips/arms etc] I still find it very hard to lose weight. My BMI is 28.8. Weight – 76 KG. Height – 5.4″
Foods I completely **** – Curd, Cabbage and Cauliflower
