I’m a vegeterian, have sleeping problems, and need to lose weight?
- When i was 6 years old i started to gain weight little by little over the years. So, when i was 16 i was 86kg. And decided to change my life. And i did. I wasn’t on some strict diet, i just changed the way i eat (more fruits, water, veggies; less meat, no soda, sweet stuff…) And..i was loosing weight (slowly but healthily) and after 4 months i was 66kg.
- Then i decided to stop eating meat (i eat cheese and eggs, drink milk…). Everything was fine.
-BUT then i had some problems at college, had lot of exams, stress…and…I destroyed everything…I can’t sleep at night for over a year- i go to bed 7a.m, get up 3p.m. (so i have to eat something at 2a.m) And because of this change i started to gain weight more and more..and now i’m 75kg.
Since is getting hot outside i won’t change the sleeping arrangements (easier to study at night)
HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WHEN I GO TO BED AT 7A.M? I’M 21!
So it doesn’t matter how i sleep, but how i eat, even if my “breakfast” is 3 p.m, my “lunch” 7p.m and my “dinner” 1 or 2a.m? So the order is that?
Plus from reading the answer i realised that i mixed the meals probably: i don’t eat much during the day (the “breakfast” and “lunch”), but eat more at night when i’m completely awake and study.
