How Many Calories Should Vegeterian Athlete Eat?
I’m 15 years old and 5′7” and around 114 pounds. I am an athlete. Today I did three workouts, a 90 minute swim with my team (moderate swimming), a 90 minute vanyasa yoga class, and a 90 minute cross country practice which included cardio and a 6 mile run. According to a website, i burned way over 1,000 calories. To stay my same weight and keep up strength how many calories should I eat? I am a vegetarian by the way.
