help! vegeterian food pyramid?

hey im turning vegetarian i’ve done it before but my mom didnt like it cuz im lactose intolerant and dont get enough protien and calcium. can u get a link of a vegetarian food pyramid. and if i eat fish will i still be vegetarian?? oh now my mom is letting me be a vegetarian! yay!
