becoming a vegeterian. food ?

okay i know you cannot eat meat. but i just read a question that said that cheetos were not vegeterian! can anyone help me by telling my other foods that are not vegeterian and what are some things that are animal products that are on ingredients that i should watch out for ! thanks for your help
