I work for a Dr. that had major health issues, he started a vegan vegetarian way of life, that was 7 years ago.. Since then he lost 180 pounds, his all over health improved and he is alive and well today.. He drinks carrot juice made daily, along with salads-pastas and things like that..
not necessarily but sure it will help. with the elimination of meat intake u actually shed toxic and cholestrol source. i would suggest a diet with more fibre and nutrients and ofcourse less carbo. else, do excercise as of the amount of your carbo intake. dun starve yourself ofcourse it won’t help at all.

there are lots off diets and fads these days but the best thing you can do is eat a normal diet with plenty of veg small portions too works and you can have a treat a week too. or even too just get you started go to a weight watches meeting that’s how I got started it works trust me it’s all out healthy eating easy when you get into it

No, not necessarily. Vegetarian diet doesn’t necessarily promote a weight-loss. There *are* vegetarian fatty foods.
