Babies should drink ****** milk.
Nearly all foods that are recommended for infants starting on solids are plant foods.

NO, THERE IS NO SUCH A THING. BABIES “NEED” a complete diet, iron from the meat. Why dont you let him choose when he is old enough if he wants to be a vegetarian. In the midtime, be more reponsible and feed your babie with a COMPLETE diet, which includes meat.

How old? Babies first solids are usually rice, veggies and fruit.
Mental Illness News
Taking classes in evolution and developmental biology have pointed me into the direction of caution. Humans have evolved off the diets of omnivores, getting key developmental nutrients and vitamins from meat, especially milk (during the early stages). I would strongly recommend going to a pediatrician and nutritionist. I personally wouldn’t like to have my baby on constant supplements…you never know what the irreversible consequences are down the road.
I hope these links help you out in making a decision. They are all from peer-review scientific journals and not right-winged or hippy magazines.

a pediatrician should always be consulted for the babies diet. Like many adults a baby could have food allergies .
