You don’t need protien when you’re veg, you can click this link, he’s a vegan and he know a lot about this stuff.
It all depends on what kind of vegetarian you are, google “types of vegetarians” and figure out which you are, i’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
here are recipes:
Chocolate mousse:
1 1/4 lbs. silken tofu
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Strawberry mango crisp:
fruit mixture:
4 cups quartered strawberries
2 cups mango, diced
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
toppping:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine

Why don’t you go to the library and take out a couple of vegetarian/vegan cookbooks and give some of the recipes a go… You can also type into Google “vegetarian recipes” and you will get thousands upon thousands of recipes!!!!!
Here are a few sites to start you off:
As far as protein you can get your necessary amount pretty easily!!!! You only need about 50g or so a day… You can get it by a combination of beans or lentils served with rice (brown is best), quinoa, nuts, dairy or soya, eggs and many more things!!!!!!!! (Its 4:51 in the morning just now so my brain has ceased to work!!!!!) Just do a Google search on “vegetarian protein” and you should be able to add up your daily amounts quite easily!!!!! Here is a site that should help you with finding out the amounts…
