I being a vegeterian going to help me loose weight faster?

Im 5′3 and 154lbs.As you can tell im very overweight.I need to loose at least 38lbs. I exercise and i just want to know if being a vegetarian is going to help me loose weight faster

has it helped you so far?your gonna need to more protein based plants and stop with the damn sweets and heavy creams .eat lots of vegetable soup

This is how i eat and i lost weight even though i didn’t need to.

i don’t eat cheese. I try to stay away from dairy.

I’ll eat meat, in a sandwich or something, but I rarely eat that either. except last night I had orange chicken. hahahaaa

drink lots of water!!! itll fill you up a little more, so you wont eat as much.

when you do eat meals, make sure you think about portions. Don’t grab more then you need to, depending on what it is.

Just eat more fruits and Veggies. eat more salads… with out that fatty dressing. substitute CHICKEN with tofu.
Just be more aware of your calorie intake.

when you find yourself getting a little bit hungry, eat a small, yet healthy, low calorie snack to keep you going until dinner. like, a banana? or some kind of fruit or veggie.

if you eat every three hours….not big meals, but just give your body a little something to feed on, your metabolism speeds up, which helps you loose weight.

and try not to eat past 8:30 / 9
no more midnight snacks
