go onto PETA and watch the meat industry vids, that definitly helped me become a vegeterian. Also there is link, I dont remember where but its on PETA, that sends you to a site where you can order a vegeterian starter kit. it takes 4-6 weeks for it to come. I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, still waiting…

VEGETARIANS ONLY EAT VEGETABLES.The idea behind this concept is to not eat anything that once could look at you.NO chicken.

You wouldn’t be able to eat any organic creature with a CNS or a brain or independent movement. This includes fish (all seafood) all poultry (or birds) as well as the larger animals (pork, beef etc).
If you were to become a lacto-ovo vegetarian then you can still enjoy eggs and dairy, and this coupled with soy imitation ‘meat’ products as well as tofu and beans makes for a well balanced diet. But be aware – a ‘chickenarian’ is definitely not a vegetarian (chicken is not a vegetable)

Quit thinking of it in absolute terms or making a moral issue of it. just eat less meat if that is what you want to do. Consider Asian style meals more often. Many recipes use little or no meat.
