Vegetarian Times magazine. Vegetarian books at the library or at the bookstore or at ebay or amazon.com.

Beans, grains, nuts, seeds, soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, tofu, morningstar farms fake meats in the frozen section, quorn roast (ask where it is at in grocery store), etc. Don’t try to be too perfect at first. Just work into it gradually is probably best.

I have been a vegetarian for almost a year and a half now and over this time i have been experimenting with many different foods. I’ve grown to like a lot of the steam in bag foods you can find in the freezer sections at many stores. Evan though its from the freezer its actually very very good and only takes about five minutes. Also i really enjoy many of the morning star products which are all vegetarian and many are vegan as well. I have used a variety of their products including this fake ground beef to make amazing chili and evan tacos. I love the brand they have some great vegetarian alternatives. congrats on becoming a vegetarian, stick with it and i hope this helped:]

The best way you could help yourself try out some Milk based products which can be added to vegetables and try choosing some products used for meat dishes(only ingredients) try them on veges..trust me, they show no difference…

I don’t really understand… are you vegetarian or vegan? I know some “vegetarians” don’t eat eggs, but do eat dairy, so can you clarify? I’ll be able to help you better when I know what your diet is.

Peta’s website has lots of shopping info. You can also get some vegan cookbooks from your local library and learn to make anything from scratch.
