i would doubt it.
though im fully aware humans are omnivores
meat has been a staple part of the diet for hundreds if not thousands of years.
it would certainly be healthier for the cows sheep and chickens if everyone was a vegitarian.
i would say not eating meat will make you smaller and weaker than people who do eat meat.
though it wont cause you any distress in the long run.

Veggies are good, but you need and should have meat. If you want to lose weight you should check suzanne somers eat cheat and melt the fat away, you could also check her website, suzannesomers.com.

definetly. meat, etc have been known to consist of various harmful cholestrol, triglycerides etc when taken in excess. we also dont know the chemicals they are treated with or not.
anyways as far as the benefits of veg food are considered htere iare enough fibres, vitamins, and other minerals.
at the same time they offer zero fat options
so when ur getting all the basic essential nutrients from a veg diet why would u want to take teh risk any ways.
it has been found that a veg diet improves ur life expectancy, and health manifold.
so go veggie

Yes, but you have to pay attention. Meat is not the only source of protien,. Eggs (which can be cage-free and free range), nuts, tofu (or anything with soy), hummous and many other foods offer protien. There are even veggie chicken patties that taste liek teh real thing and are made up entirely of protien, just grown from a plant and not a chicken.
There are benefits to not eating meat, too. Firstl, meat has a lot of fat and calroies. Secondly, even the leanest meat have growth hormones (causes thyroid and testicular cancer in rats) and antibiotics (the harsh treatment the animals receive mean that they are always sick, so they are put on anitbiotics at all times to keep them from dying or getting too sick before they can be slaughtered and sold), plus they can carry diseases such as mad cow disease and possibly bird flu (the latter one is prtty unlikly though if the bird is cooked well enough). They can also have chemicals int their bodies (even people do) from teh general environment, but if you eat them, the chemicals build up in you.

Absolutely..you don’t have to be “vegan”, (no meat or diary), but a diet of fruits, vegetables and free range poultry and fish is the only hope for a healthy body.
We should also eat only certified organic foods.

The food we eat today is not real food..it’s genetically modified in food labs and is making us fat, creating sickness and disease and addictions.

Meat today is so full of terribly bad things nothing can cook it out (read “Fast Food Nation” or “Supersize Me”)..they tell us it’s okay though – when we get sick, we can take medicine that is also filled with poisonous chemicals, additives and other fillers that will only mask our symptoms and create problems to other organs in our bodies down the line…then, we can get medicine for that…and the cycle continues…
