Is it healthy to eat vegeterian foods two days per week for a long time?
Since three years ago, I began to eat vegeterian food one day a week and eat liquid foods (milk, yogurt, …) one day per week to stay slim. Is it good for body?

Marketing Strategies
Sure. People survive (and are healthy) eating a vegetarian or vegan diet full-time – once or twice a week won’t hurt you and will probably help.
Marketing Strategies
yes it is healthy for you as long as you don’t go overboard on the days you don’t eat vegetarian. That is when the problems actually occur. Your body adjusts to what you have eaten adn not to what you are eating. It would probably be better if you eat vegetarian 3 or 4 time a week and rotate vegetarian one and normal the next.

I would say it is perfectly healthy. As long as you are getting enough B-12 during the rest of the week.
