non vegatarian = anything with a face
or if vegan …
vegan = anything with a face, or that came from somthing with a face.

If it has meat it’s non vegetarian, if it has no meat, but may have eggs and/or milk it’s vegetarian (in Indian food, vegetarian can contain dairy), if it has no animal by products it’s vegan.

I told my husband that I don’t eat anything that comes out of something else’s rear-end. Since baby animals come out of rear ends. That rule has worked so far. It adds that important ‘ew’ factor as well. This rule also excludes milk and eggs however…

I have trouble with the face analogy because I don’t consider lobsters or snails to have faces and eating them is not vegetarian… But they do come out of somethings rear-end/butt!

If it’s vegetarian than it doesn’t have animals in it.
